It might have caused chaos but the snow this January did look beautiful didn't it?
We'd like to thank all of our customers for their patience over the last couple of weeks.
The snow caused untold chaos and resulted in our vans being unable to go out for collections and deliveries for four whole days. In addition to this one of our vans had to be taken off the road for just over a week because of an accident in the bad weather. I'd say that so far 2013 has not been very kind to us but we're hoping that our luck is now changing. The garage dealing with the van repair were fantastic and they worked their socks off to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Several staff members also pitched in during the van's absence, driving their own cars to make deliveries rather than our customers be kept waiting for their ironing. A huge thank you is owed to them as well for being so helpful in our time of need.
We're happy to say that we're now back to normal and looking at the weather forecast, hopefully we'll stay that way!!
